responsible for any illness or injuries that I may incur during the workshop and that I am

*Your tuition/deposit is refundable less a $50.00 administration
fee if written cancellation notice is emailed or postmarked 45 days prior to the scheduled
workshop. After that time it is non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled or your space can be
resold.
** If balance payment is not received by the due
date you may lose your reservation and deposit.
Lodging and meals are not provided. Limit one non-participant companion
(observer) per paid registrant.

Upon
receipt of the registration form and deposit, you will receive an email
